“A welcoming and well-equipped hotel in the center of Pinzolo, just steps from the cable car, easily reached by the hotel shuttle. The staff were extremely friendly and always available, from reception to the dining room. The welcome aperitif was wonderful, followed by excellent dinners and a generous sweet and savory breakfast. After skiing, relax in the spa: small but welcoming. A wonderful experience, we'll be happy to return!”

“We were 4, with two little girls aged 7 and 5 and we all had a great time. The hotel is well organized with extremely friendly and helpful staff. The hotel offers a good wellness center just as good variety of food, including typical local dishes which we really appreciated. Our room was not huge but always clean and overall fit for purpose. The Hotel is very close to the skiing resorts and perfectly organized to support all skiing needs. In summary it was a great skiing week and the Olympic Palace in Pinzolo surely contributed to the fun, we would surely recommend it.”

All the staff, from the receptionist to the dining room staff, were professional and always available. The food was excellent and plentiful, served with care. “My first time in Italy and in Pinzolo, and I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed—turns out, by the owner himself! The rooms were clean and cozy, and everything in town was within walking distance. I stayed for three weeks during a skating camp and felt like part of a family by the end. The food was amazing, the staff (especially Nicola) were fantastic, and the owner greeting guests every night truly touched me. Coming from New York, it was refreshing to meet such genuine people. Highly recommend—ask for Emilio!”
